This machine seems to be excellent for overhead triceps extensions, if you put your head down on the arm rest, in between your arms. I really love it for that - 5 stars on that exercise.For curls, it is good for the contracted, top range position. Does not do much for the start or mid range positions, but I still like it a lot. It can be difficult to get a good contracted position response using free weights, so this has an advantage in that regard. Because of that, I will give it 5 stars for curls, too.Like that it has real ball bearings in the pivot arm that bears the weight load. Competitor models only have bronze bushings. Also like that there are 3 positions available on the handlebar: wide grip/palms up curl position, angled curl grip (like an Easy Curl Bar), and palms facing each other in a hammer grip. For triceps extensions, the same three grip positions are again available.Quality seems excellent. It was easy to put together, the directions are pretty clear. It arrived with no missing parts and no scratches or dents.Packaging was excellent, unlike what I read about the similar products sold by competitors (Body Solid and NY Barbell Co.)It came with a standard weight post for 1" hole weights, and a 1" spring clip - and much to my surprise and pleasure, a 2" Olympic sleeve adapter and 2" spring clip.Overall a sturdy and well made piece of home gym equipment likely to last forever.

great ball, great value, great quality. Only used for wall balls, as this is not a ball that is recommended for ball slams. This ball is made of comfortable material and so far has handled the beating I have put it through no problem and has still held its shape through about 300 wall balls so far.

Great addition to my home gym.The ball is perfect in size and so far the material hasn’t degraded.I leave it outside exposed to the elements of the Texas weather and so far so good.

Would have liked to give this a five star but it did have two small problems. First one is I think the little Chinese guys are welding the adjustment plate on a few degrees off. In the curl position I'm on the last hole but could use one or two more to keep from hitting the stop pin on the way down. In the tricep position I have seven extra holes which will never be used when it could have had a couple extra holes in both if the plate was turned a couple degrees more. This is an easy fix by drilling a couple more holes in the plate which I'm sure will void my warranty but warranties don't build muscles. The second problem when doing tricep extentions with a good amount of weight it pulls your feet up off the floor making it hard to finish the exercise. Another easy fix by adding a foot bar to the front frame to hook your feet under. All things the company should have done. Other than that a great piece of equipment.

A lot bigger than what I had anticipated. It took a little bit for me to adjust using it as a slam ball but overall I'm quite satisfied with it. It has a dual purpose to be used as a slam ball or medicine ball. You get your money worth in a workout I can tell you that.

Excellent for doing squats! you exercise without even knowing you are exercising! Best piece of equipment in my gym! I have the 15, 10 and 8 pounds too.

Good quality, bought two and shipped seperately a couple.weeks apart and way too much packaging, could have fit 4 in the box
