This building blocks advent calendar is amazing for a Lego lover, and I really liked having a new box of pieces to build a fun little Christmas themed toy each day in the lead up to Christmas.It all comes is a nice fun designed box then when you lift the front flap upwards you have doors numbered 1 to 24 so you just pull open the one for which day it is and then inside the hole you have a bag of building block pieces and a little set of instructions to help you build that day’s toy.The pieces are all the same as Lego they may just lack some of the deep vibrant colour depth, but I was impressed with them and how well they fit together. Plus, at the end you have a really fun looking Christmas toy, and all are well designed and look great in a big Christmas scene at the end.Overall, for £14.24 I think this is a great advent gift, it was fun to do and had some great building block sets at the end so its good value for money.

Each set of building bricks looks and feels sturdy like Lego and are indvidually wrapped so they can be used for other games
