Good and bad
to start, this iPhone 7 arrived at my home lass than 24 hours from the time that I ordered it. Nice job on getting the item to me so quickly. I appreciate that. Unfortunately, that is about where the good ends. While the iPhone works perfectly well, I had some other concerns. In the photos I have posted, It clearly states that while these iPhones are not Apple Certified, they are inspected, tested and cleaned by Amazon Qualified Suppliers. Clearly, this iPhone somehow slipped through the cracks in the inspection process. In a time such as now, where we are faced with a global pandemic, I would think that the cleaning of pre-owned or refurbished devices would be taken quite seriously. Perhaps not in this case. Aside from the filthy iPhone, One of the pentalobe screws that keeps the screen attached to the rest of the phone is gone. Again, something a novice inspection would have caught. The claim that there would be no visible defects at arms length is also false. The prior owner had an attachment on the back of this iPhone. The kind that allows for magnetic attachment to mounting devices often used in automobiles. Again this is clearly visible at arms length.

Its not really bad, the phone is kind of pretty good.
I ordered this phone on November 3rd and received it on November 5th I was supposed to get it on November 13th, but its good fast delivery so I don't have problem with that . Also, I found a scratch near the receiver/front microphone or maybe that part of the screen is broken, I also found multiple scratches on the aluminum sides. The battery sure does not run out quickly which is good.

I gave the fingerprint reader 4 stars because I really don’t use it, so I couldn’t give an accurate account of it. The rest I gave 5 stars. Screen works perfectly, it arrived in perfect condition with a 96% battery life. It practically set itself up. The only issue with getting on sprint was the sprint tech put a faulty SIM card in. A better trained tech fixed the problem in about 2 minutes. This phone works great. This is the second refurbished phone I’ve bought from amazon and have no complaints on either. First was a iPhone 6 and upgraded to this 7. The 6 is now my backup.

Very happy with my purchase
The phone came out great! Mine had no visible marks or scratches. Everything works perfectly fine. Touchscreen, audio, calling, everything is great. Mine even came with a screen protector already on it! Overall, I was hesitant to buy this “Renewed” phone, but it turned out very good. I’m satisfied.

Customer service great. Phone inoperative
Well it did not work at all, charging cable would not stay in phone. Close comparison with two other iPhones and looks like there were no contacts in the port. That’s all I know, return/refund went good.
