Good quality bands, range of strengths of resistance levels. Easy to use, good value for money.

Thought I'd get some of these after watching a video of all the exercises you can use them for with different muscle groups and these are great. Good quality and very helpful if you can't do an L sit as well

Thick square bands not what I was expecting, bought to replace my older ones that had perished. These are longer and thicker they do work well

I love the simplicity of resistance bands and how they deliver good level of tension without overtrain.

Not good for intense use. I bought these to have my own rather than use the ones at my gym. I use them mainly for muscleup training. As soon as I stepped into it I realised the quality was nowhere near as good. It doesn’t provide a consistent resistance level and if anything, at max stretch the resistance decreases rather than increases. I imagine they would be good for light mobility work or physio but not for pull ups and muscleups.

Good bands. Easy to use. Nice colours. And good variety of resistances in the set.

Rubber stretch bands are soo useful and easy to keep handy. The varying tensions allow for casual use and real muscle strain. There are wonderful Youtube sites that show the many uses of these kinds of bands. These are well made. Value is excellent. They work very well for intended use. I have also cut one of these so that it is one large open band - use it for long stretches. Yes, you can build muscles with these. The Youtube vids show how to properly use.
