Weak packaging. Product is good - if it arrives
Item description was for a twin pack.What actually arrived was a single part, in a bag with a hole (where a seam had split).I spoke with amazon, and they dealt with customer support brilliantly.Hopefully the supplier is now aware that their packaging is weak.On a positive note, the actual item that arrived was exactly as described and just what I was expecting.
