Absolutely Awesome
Received my Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 with Core i9 and 32GB RAM. I am completely happy with it. Setup was easy and the integration of Acer apps was seamless. The machine runs quietly and doesn't get too hot considering the tasks I have asked of it. This is an excellent deal for the money.

Laptop great, warranty terrible
First, the laptop is great. But I did run into a little trouble. There was an electronic burning smell, and then the fan wouldn’t shut off and the computer overheated. So I had to send it in.Acer did a terrible job with their warranty-covered repair on my laptop.First, I had to provide my own packaging for sending it back. If I wanted insurance (which they didn’t cover) I would have had to pay the entire shipping cost myself).Second, they took nearly three weeks.I sent them a laptop with a 2 TB hard drive and 64 GB of RAM, and they return it with a less than 1 TB hard drive and 16 GB of RAM… and what I’m hoping is the missing pieces from my laptop, which they included in a separate baggie.I don’t have the required screwdrivers to open up the laptop. So I either have to pay someone to install my (hopefully) missing hard drive and RAM, or I have to buy screwdrivers to open the laptop and do it myself. I’ve never worked on laptops before, just desktops.
