Worked very well after a few choice select words (during factory rivet removal). Came with all the hardware (seem durable) and couldn’t get any simpler.

Ball joint itself is different thread than factory part so I could not reuse the OEM nut which was far superior to one included with this item both in type of integrated washer and retaining clip style. Overall seems to have been good quality and fit properly. Time will tell how long it lasts but they are quite easy to install. So far it is functioning as it is intended to.

don't fit with the grease fitting
The item shown does not have grease fittings and the ball joints they sent do. They fit the same but the top does not clear the axel with the fitting in. I paid to have these pressed in the steering knuckle only to find out they will not work with the grease fitting installed. I had to find a small bolt to screw in and cut off to make this item work.
