Bands not loops
Perfect little set. These are the bands so you're not restricted by the loops everybody else seems to be selling. Set your own length/strength for each exercise.

They do the job!
I got these on the advice of my chiropractor for an exercise routine. They are exactly as advertised and do the job. I've only used 1 of them but assume the others would be as good.

Very difficult to buy just the one Strength, I end up with all five. Also, they are not a complete band. They’re not joined up at the end.S.Easy to note to the length you want to know big deal, flexible and strong
