Q: How do you keep it in your mouth? It is put together with a very flimsy rubber piece and seems like it would come out in the middle of the night

I tried this dental guard for 1 night, I woke up in the middle of the night and the guard had totally moved from the position that it was supposed to be in. My worst fear was that it would not stay in place and I would chock on it. It didn’t stay in place but I didn’t chock on it either.

Q: What is the thickness of the bite pads?

I don't know the thickness at this moment since I'm at work but honestly, this mouth guard is so comfortable that I forget that it's even in. I highly recommend this product.

Q: Would this help with tounge biting in your sleep?

I bought this specifically for my tongue biting. It has been a huge help! I have a professional mouth guard from my dentist that did nothing to help. The pads on this keep me from biting my tongue. Unfortunately, the mouth guard does not seem to stay in. So I will often wake up and have to search only to find my mouthguard somewhere on my bed. Also, I have already gone through to mouthguard in three weeks. They fall apart easy. So I’m going to try a new brand.
