I don’t know - it would be good if someone told what mix of ferrite these are made of. Then all the specs could be looked up.

Q: How could I use these on a radio antenna attached to my alarm clock? Place on the end of the antenna or at the base attached to the clock?

If your antenna is a single wire, it'll choke off the signal entirely and ruin the antenna. If the antenna has a two-wire or coaxial connection at the clock, place one at the end where the antenna cable enters the clock. It'll choke off interference signals which are usually identical on both conductors (known as "common mode"), but will pass differential mode signals that go in one conductor and out the other, like legitimate signals an antenna would receive.
