I was skeptical when I was looking at purchasing this laptop. However, I thought I would try it out, if I don't like it, I would just return it. I have been a die hard loyal HP user for 25 years. I am very impressed with the laptop. I only wished it had a Ethernet port. It actually has an American Megatrends bios and motherboard. Windows 11 Pro. Fast responsive. If you need a quality laptop on a budget. Great for students. Definitely worth the purchase. This is a non touch screen model.

Bought this for my tech Savy 9YO Son. He Loves it, and I do too!! The Performance, Video and Battery work very well at much less cost than Big Name Tech. I work in tech and I am very impressed with its performance. My Son uses it as much as possible. This Is a Great Investment!!

So I was hoping for something small to carry around with me while I'm on vacation or just away from the house. I thought the reviews were decent, and thought what could go wrong? Just about everything. I had to hard re boot this thing 5 times. When I do that the screen doesn't come back on until I unplug it and plug it back in. I tried to use the blue tooth and to no avail, nothing worked. I feel like I just bought a 200 dollar paper weight. I tried one game to see how it would go, nope. At first with no success, I couldn't download the game, once I finally talk sweet nothings into it's ports, it finally downloaded the game and promptly crashed once I started to play. So, gaming is useless on this crappy computer. I think it's great for checking mail, and maybe checking out youtube videos, but I could do that on my chrome book just as easy. So this is my conclusions. Don't buy this crappy computer.

The computer is a good value for the money and it works well. I like the backlit keyboard and the larger screen size. The picture looks great as well. I have had no trouble getting it to connect with my Wifi.

This is a good product for the money. I bought the beat-bones version, and I appreciate its functionality and affordability. I can stream movies, surf the web, check email. Bluetooth is dependable. The built-in speakers aren't the best - I connect to an external speaker to watch movies.
