Works Well
I wish the ingredients had been listed somewhere on the product listing but my box has them as follows: Water, Glycerin, Sodium Polyacrylate, Dipropylene Glycol, Polyacrylic Acid, Niacinamide, 1,2-Hexane-diol, Sorbitol Cellulose Gum, Sodium Hyaluronate, Carbomer, Butylene Glycol, Nelumbo Nucifera Flower Extract, Iris Versicolor Extract, Leontopodium Alpinum Flower/Leaf Extract, Lilium Candidum Flower Extract, Jasminum Officinale (Jasmine) Flower Extract, Freesia Refracta Extract, Rosa Centifolia Flower Extract, Phenoxyethanol, Beta-Glucan, Hydrolyzed Collagen, PEG-60 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Aluminum Glycinate, Tartaric Acid, Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract, Allantoin, Menthyl Lactate, Disodium EDTA, Adenosine, Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate, Fragrance. The ingredients aren't bad but they're quite a lot for a UV patch! I wanted to call out potential irritants for those with sensitive skin - there are quite a few flower extracts as well as added fragrance and Menthyl Lactate. The Menthyl Lactate causes a slight cooling sensation (think peppermint) and I admit it’s a refreshing feeling, especially on a hot day, but just something to note if you have sensitive skin. Inside the box are four individually packaged sets of patches in sealed little packages (so I can see this being something you can toss in your bag without worrying). They’re easy to apply and I like that they’re individually packaged so you’re not exposing the rest to unnecessary air/elements. I like these, they’re comforting, last quite a while, and are bigger so they cover a larger surface. It does take some courage to wear out, not going to lie since these aren’t as commonly used here, but I did like having the added layer of protection when I knew I would be out in the sun for several hours. Apparently, this is a big hit amongst golfers, which I can totally understand.

Great for Kayaking. Protects my Skin.
I spend a lot of time on and around the water. But I also have sensitive, fair skin. I’ve worn sunscreen since I was about 9 years old. I’m now a lot older than that, and I often get complimented on my skin by strangers. I always tell people that I try to shade my skin from the sun. Besides sun screen, I wear a baseball cap if I’m outside in the sun for any period of time. But the issue is, when kayaking, there’s just sun all around. That’s why I use patches like these as much as possible. I’ve tried a few different brands. This one provides really good coverage, but, TBH, you’ll look a bit goofy as the beige doesn’t really match my skin. I look like I’m wearing big band-aids from my cheekbones to a bit below then. I don’t really care about that, but if you do, the clear version of these might be a better option. I’d actually LOVE these if they would make them in colors like bright green something. They don’t blend in anyway, so make them a feature! But as someone with sensitive skin, I’m happy have these patches to keep my skin protected on the sunniest, glariest of waterways.

Not so good
Very stiff and noticeable. Doesn’t form to face, lifting.

Keeps skin hydrated...Thin but still noticeable...Nonreusable
I'm torn about this product... On one hand, EAGLE PATCH UV Protection Golf/Outdoor Patch is effective at blocking the UV rays. On the other hand, the Beige color patches are noticeable...perhaps the clear version isn't as noticeable. I got many people staring at me and some asking me about them. I guess that's good for this product since I spoke to at least 6 people about the patches while wearing them! On one hand, EAGLE PATCH UV Protection Golf/Outdoor Patch protects and keeps the skin hydrated. On the other hand, the area the patches did not cover is clearly more red from the sun so if you're in the blazing sun for a long period of time, I'm thinking you might even get tan lines on your face! I have only used them for a few hours, and the sun wasn't directly overhead the whole time. The unevenness in my skin tone did subside the next day. In conclusion, you still need to wear a hat with these patches and people will notice them. However they're effective at shielding the skin from the sun. At $12 for 4 pairs, these Single-Use patches seem somewhat pricey, so I'll probably use them only when I'm out in the sun for a whole day not just a couple hours.

Great coverage. Wish it had crazy designs.
I love these patches because they do a great job at protecting my cheeks from the blazing sun when I'm out cycling or playing tennis. I am allergic to sunscreen, and I have to wear a hat with a wide bream to protect my face. When I'm cycling 20 miles (3 times a week), my face is fully exposed, and I have sunspots and skin discoloration as a result. So, I am limited to cycling and playing tennis only in the early evenings when the sun is setting. With these patches, I can cycle/ play tennis during the day without fear of sun damage. My only critique is that I wish these patches had crazy looking designs on it because the "skin tone" is not exactly unnoticeable. So, if I'm going to wear them, I mind as well go all out and show it off. Here are some suggestions: happy face, skulls & bones, any kind of patterns, solid colors, reflective component would also be great so that people can see it. Overall, I am very happy with these patches... the larger, the more coverage the better. This product is made in Korea.
