Good product easy to assemble and good exercise.

This machine is great! It's designed to help you build abs, but really you can do so many different workouts with it. You can target your arms, abs, back, etc. It's very easy to use and the mechanics are really smooth and not clunky at all. It's a little hard for me to put away for storage, but other than that it's great!

This is the VIVITORY 4-in-1 Multi-Functional Rowing Machine AB Workout Machine. The machine itself was easy to put together, not much to do before being able to use. It does feel like it’s a little cheaply made for the price. It also seems like it’s a machine more for beginners because it only goes up to 65 lbs which feels more like 20 lbs. There also isn’t a lot of exercises you are able to use with it and when you do, make sure you are on a flat surface with room to move.

I have used this for about a month now and I must say this workout is AMAZING for your abs! I highly recommend it!

I’m 5”5 and weigh 117lbs and this is a good exercise machine for me. It was easy to put together and it’s easy to use. It gives me a good workout. Very easy to store, I just slide it under my sofa.
