I can honestly say I have always been very hesitant to try a product of this sort but I wish I had tried these alot sooner! I started off by taking 1 day as per instruction and increased to 2 per day after 1 week. As I work from home I tend to snack alot on junk food throughout the day but since I started taking the fat burners 1 after breakfast and 1 after my lunch my unhealthy snacking has completely stopped. I have had zero side effects from these and in all honesty my energy levels are up, im feeling more active i’m getting my regular 10,000k steps daily and i’m eating good. I have definitely noticed a different in how I feel on a day to day basis since incorporating these into my daily routine.Honestly one of my favourite products I’ve bought and I’m so pleased with the results. Definitely a product I will continue to purchase.

I work from home, so just nipping to the fridge whenever I like and snacking had become a bit of a problem, but since taking the fat burners I’ve found myself snacking a lot less in the day, and due to the energy boost I am spending a lot less time at my desk and more time on my walking pad or being able to do cardio why I’m having a quiet spell at work.All in all, 10/10 product and would definitely buy again.

I am very happy with my purchase. I take the supplement in a morning after my workout and with breakfast; I have had more energy after my workout - I usually get a bit tired in the day after a 5am gym start. It has curbed my appetite, I feel less need to snack in between meals - it’s especially helped with those mid-morning sugar cravings - which is a massive thing as I work from home so am not usually very active after my gym session. I haven’t weighed myself since taking the supplement as I have been adding different strength and weight training to my workout, however, with a mixture of taking the supplements and the additional gym workouts I am starting to see a difference in my body shape. It’s not going to work on its own, you do need to give it a helping hand by eating healthier with it. I have been taking 1 supplement per day rather than increasing the dosage (just for personal costs reasons), however, since taking the supplement I have noticed that my stomach feels and looks a lot less bloated which is great.

Highly recommend. Been taking these for 2 weeks, started 1 a day then upped to 2 a day from day 4. Have an increased energy. But has also suppressed my appetite, I am now able to fast. Without feeling hungry! My snacking has stopped, and not craving takeaways like I’d normally do. I have lost a total of 7lbs in 2 weeks.
