Not a magic bullet but...
...at the very least it does help my sinus condition which is a plus...I would order this again when I run out

I have not tried any other brand of Sarah pet face, but this one seems to do its job just fine. In the beginning, I was very clogged and had a hard time with a lot of congestion. This seemed to break it up nicely and I no longer have to use it every day. I only take it once or twice every few weeks or so.
