I opened a chat with customer support on Lifepro's website because to fill an inquiry form on their website you HAVE TO agree to receive promo materials via phone and provide personal contact details. I was asked to submit a photo of the product "so we can assist you better". I repeated the name instead "LifePro Red Light Therapy Blanket for Full Body Coverage with Red & Near Infrared Light" and the price and inquired as to why shipping is four to seven months. If the name is generic whose fault is that? It's been almost an hour and there has been no response so I am guessing the lifetime warranty means nothing at all. Most companies fall over themselves BEFORE they get your money, not this one, they are more honest and let you know where you stand beforehand. Probably explains why you have to wait until next year to get your item.
