Brilliant Nasal Gel.
I bought this for my dry sinuses as saline spray doesn't keep the inside of my nose wet lomg enough. I opted for the saline gel as living with no moisture in the nose is a nightmare, the gel keeps moisture in the nose longer and actually provides relief, so i would buy again.

Based on hyaluronic acid
It's a fair sized tube and you only need a tiny amount. I believe that water based gel is preferable to oil-based gel since it's less problematic for the lungs if you happen to respire any over the long term. It doesn't work miracles, but it helps towards counteracting dry air in nasal passages if you happen to work in an air conditioned environment or have dry skin generally. I find the best time to apply it is when I've come out of the shower when my nasal passages are already moist. It contains hyaluronic acid which is an effective moisturizer.

Good substitute/second option when Ayr nasal gel with aloe isn't there
It does moisten inside your nose but it's like a watery clear gel with no smell. It comes with an attachment like a whip cream attachment but it's better putting it on a Q tip. I think I'm just harsh on this because I'm comparing it to the Ayr nasal gel with aloe. That one smells good and feels not as watery . I like that better, but this one isn't bad if Ayr gel is hard to get.

Nasogel helps CPAP users
I use a CPAP macjine at night and have done for some 15 years, Nasogel stops my nasal passage from drying out which made me have nose bleeds

Dries up too quickly
I suffer from nasal dryness which wakes me at night. For years I used Vaseline which left me with a cough so I tried Nasogel. This works for about one hour after which it dries up. I have now started to use Aquegel which lasts all night.

Great alternative to vaseline and spray
Much better than the spray. Doesn't last as long as vaseline but health benefits are better for long term use which is what I need as suffer from severe dryness due to meds. Does need to be applied more than a couple of times a day.

Item seems exposed and was pretty hot while getting, since it’s clearly mentioned not to exceed the certain temperature, its not followed

I’m pretty happy with this NasoGel from NeilMed. I was looking for an alternative to petroleum jelly (since it’s not ideal to use too much of that in your nose), and this has been a great option so far. The first time I used it, there was a slight stinging sensation for a second or two, which I’ve read can happen—especially if your nasal passages are already irritated. Since it contains saline, that makes sense. I’ve been using it each evening after my shower, and it’s been working well for me. One thing to note is that it’s water-based, so it doesn’t leave that constant moist feeling like petroleum jelly. At first, that felt a bit strange—almost like the opposite of what I expected—but once I got used to it, I realized it still helps create a protective barrier and maintain moisture. There is a slight scent when first applied, but it fades quickly and doesn’t linger, which I appreciate. If you’re switching from petroleum-based products, it may take a little time to adjust, but it’s worth trying. The price is fair, and it works well for me!

Non seulement tu te retrouves avec les nez complètement sec 5 minutes après l'application, mais en plus ça te fait des croûtes blanchâtres dans les narines quand ça sèche. Super glamour...
