The product is very nice but when my wife ordered it, she did not realize our door opened out and not in. Is there anyway I can return this? It is still in the box. Thank you.

Assembly required but instructions very clear. We use it on the seldom-used door of our double door outside entry.It is already a tight fit so took some doing to slide it snug but don’t give up. Protective cover very resilient.It took a bit but now in place.The good part is that it now swings open without losing its integrity. I’m not sure how long it would last on the normally used door but probably ok.We use it for cutting down high wind noise and while it is not advertised as water proof I bet it will stop wind driven rain.

Does exactly what we bought it for. It does come out of place and slides up preventing the doors to close when we open and close the door but that’s easily fixed with a bit of adhesive.
