Purchased a few weeks ago and only just got round to using it. The steam cleaner is great I cleaned the windows, bathroom, window frames, oven and hob. I was worried it wouldn’t e very good but it’s a great bit of kit and would definitely recommend 😊

Good value for money! This steamer is perfect for upholstery and home cleaning, it heats up quickly and cleans well. Only thing is it doesn't take much water, so you do have to refill it quite frequently when cleaning larger items/furniture.

Good little streamer dose the job and easy to use

I love my steamer and it’s great, but the bristle head which you’d use most I think was so flimsy and after one use on the windows where damaged, which is really disappointing.

I don't really use this for cleaning; I use this for defrosting my (ancient) fridge-freezer. It defrosts it FAST! For cleaning, I use a rapid-fire Solo Sprayer with a mixture - half-and-half -1 part water (tap water), 1 part bleach (store bought, supermarket bleach). It makes light work of mold, grime, damp, etc... pretty much any harsh grime on surfaces or tiles... The steam cleaner is handy, but the cons are: •Small water tank - approx 15mins of continuous steaming; I'd have much preferred a larger water tank. •Not enough steam time. Then you'd have to unplug it, wait for it to cool down (10mins) - so that the safety releases, allowing it to open (so that you're not scolded). Then refill, wait for it to boil, which takes about 10mins. So, 20-25mins between uses to open and refill, then use again. Whereas, if the tank capacity was doubled... •Tough safety button to keep continuously pressed down. It really fatigues your thumb, to keep it pressed down for prolonged periods. A thick trigger button on the inside of the handle (that you'd squeeze with all four fingers) would've been far better, instead of the tough safety button. •The lead is mid - so it's not very practical; an extension lead is DEFINITELY required. Would've been better had the lead been double the current length. Could be worse, but could've most DEFINITELY been better. Maybe they'll upgrade the model, who knows...🤷🏾‍♂️ Overall, nifty little gadget. Extremely handy. I LOVE to clean. Signed Self-professed clean freak🧐

What a load of nonsense! Cleans nothing lasts 2 minutes then just blows hot air! Also got burnt pretty badly as I didn’t realise my partner used this about 30 minutes before me and the lid just came off with no safety in place. On the plus side, it’s the first thing my partner agreed on - that this is a waste of money and a trip to A&E at best!

Very easy to use, it’s a bit heavy to hold but works very well. I’ve used it to clean my shower tiles and defrost my freezer. My niece ended up getting one

All ok - arrived on time, everything working & included. Value for money. I like the portability & lightweightedness - even when full & size. I don’t like how little time you get to steam clean (approx 10 min) but that’s handheld steamers for u. Versatility is great on where and how you can use it from sinks to car central consoles, to window frames and skirting boards. Attachments that come with are great. Do have to wait for it to cool b4 u can open it to refill & use it again but good lil item & better than paying hundreds for a branded one

Works great I bought this to help clean my car and house blinds. There is so many uses for this steamer.

Vapore con discreto getto solo per i primi 15 secondi. Poi ha bisogno di ricaricarsi per qualche secondo per recuperare altro vapore ma il getto pian piano si affievolisce e non ha più la potenza iniziale. Parlare di 15 min di vapore continuato mi sembra una sciocchezza, a meno di non considerare nel conteggio anche le pause di recupero. Alla prova dei fatti ha una resa maggiore di una normalr spugnetta ma, a mio avviso, minore di una retina di ferro che ovviamente non può essere utilizzata su tutte le superfici.

Tiene enchufe americano estamos en españa señores y lo vais ha vender pues me pones un adaptador de enchufe. Por que no puedo utilizarlo hasta comprarme un adaptador que son otros 4€ mas.

Questo strumento è fantastico, lo uso per pulire le fughe che vengono perfettamente, peccato sia piccino e l'acqua all'interno del serbatoio finisce subito
