very comfortable chair. very great customer support too. i recently moved and the movers damaged some screws and headrest. support helped me fix all of that.

The comfort of cushion and sturdiness of back rest is very good. Provides good support overall and doesn’t feel tiring after sitting long hours.The lumbar support adjust could have a bit more curve and range to it.The mesh back is sturdy and gives ample support from waist to shoulders.Headrest provided is quite good. Al though not adjustable, it supports my head perfectly. So the lack of adjustment is not a concern.Height adjustment is extremely good and feels quite on par with the expensive chairs in my office.Back rest adjustment is smooth and doesn’t throw me off guard when I pull the lever. The stops for backrest could have been more as it moves an inch or two more than where I want it to stop.The only bad experience was the assembly part and that too because a single screw. The overall assembly is extremely simple and can be done by one person without need for guide.However, there was one screws out of three which you have to remove to fit the backrest, was tightened so hard that the provided Allen key chipped off and became unusable.I had to used a hex key from my bikes tool set, pull hard after attaching a lever to get it loose. Just getting this screw loose was 50% time of the total time of 35-40 mins it took me to assemble the chair.

I purchased this "ErgoSmart by The Sleep Company - Max Premium Office Chair” roughly eight months ago, and unfortunately, the mesh on the backrest has already torn. There are absolutely no external scratches or any indication of external damage, so this seems to be a clear issue with the material's durability under normal use.What's even more frustrating is the complete lack of support from the seller, "the sleep company." When I reached out regarding this issue, they flat-out denied any responsibility and insisted I pay for a replacement.Beware if you're considering buying from this company. It seems once they have your money, you're entirely on your own, even with clear manufacturing defects within a reasonable timeframe. I definitely cannot recommend this chair or this seller due to the poor quality and nonexistent customer support.

Good for work from home.After delivery product service is grt

Received lower portion ( i.e. the base metal frame where we will sit )with premanent scratch . I paid ₹21000 for this product and what I received is the lower portion with scratch .It will be not visible with naked eyes as no one will flip the chair to look for any scratch still very sad to recieve such expensive product with such a basic defect . Very bad delivery service with Amazon delivery too .Rest review will be provided after using it about its comfort ,etc

Got the product on time, Box is intact without any damage. but for Rs19000/-(Pics posted)Screws already got rust ,There is a damage and loss of colour in the seat base.Similar kind of chair with better looks you get for 7000 in Amazon, Seat comfort is good for me. But when Ur BUYING FOR NEARLY 3 TIMES the price you do expect quality , which is missing.

I've been using this chair for more than a month now for 9+ hrs daily and I can easily say that this chair is very comfortable.Even though it's very hot outside but still I've never faced sweating issues. This chair is really breathable.Pros: -Build quality is awesome.Chair is comfortable for long sittings.Breathable.Back support is good.Cons -Grey color is worst. It will get dirty very soon.Headrest is not that great, but can be fixed using pillow.4d hand rest and seat slider is not that useful. So if you really need them then go for this model other wise save your money and buy the other cheaper models. But go with the sleep company chairs because of the breatheable seats. It's a game changer. Must have for those who spend 5+ hrs on the desk.
