You only need a tiny amount
I make cider and perry, usually an apple/cider mix, 2022 a failure in the apple crop and the perry needed a bit of help. I've tried three different amounts of tannin but it is clear that you only need a tiny amount. This little tub would probably be enough for a barrel full.
