Q: What’s the earliest version of android this work with? i have some older tablets running android 6 i’d like to try.

I tested this USB-C version witn Android 5.1, 7.0, 8.0, & 9.X works well witn all three tablets. Also tried with off-brand Chuwi Hi10 tablet. Worked well. The Android 5.1 Tablet is a 5-year old Samsung Note Pro 12.1". It has a hard drive type USB Port, so I had to use a string of adaptor;. Still brought in several channels with good picture.

Q: Does it support isdb-t?

No. For ISDB-T dongle, you can select S270(USB port), PT275(Micro USB port) or PT275C(ISDB-T).But it dosent' on sale in Amazon. Where are you from?
