Q: Is there a way to allow the sound of my voice (through the mic) to feed back into the earbuds? When on a video call I need to hear my voice too.

Q: Will these work with an ipod?

Yes, they will work just fine. These have a microphone so you can plug them into a smart phone and speak through the mic. If you don't need a mic there's a similar model with earbuds only.
