I purchased this base to do a custom paint job on my SCX24 body. For the price it definitely stands above other more expensive ones. The ability to bend and reposition the poles makes it nice for any project in the future. The alligator clips are very strong and have no issues holding onto what ever you may clamp them on. It is very lightweight but still durable. I highly recommend.

It's really durable and has some weight on them to hold model. Just wish they added more bending sticks cause I only got 4. Would like to get 8 at least

The design itself is a great idea. They just took shortcuts. I guess they wanted to save money on screws so they are just too short. A half inch more screw this would be a 5 star, but as it stands the screws don’t come out the other side of the plastic enough to secure the arms. I was able to use super glue to compensate. Hope it holds.
