Easy to bait and set up. Works well.
I set up two of these outside where I think mice are going up under the siding into the crawl space. 3 mice down in less than 24 hours. Looming forward to be mouse free soon.

Excellent product. Helpful hints.
Excellent product. Some "best practices" advice: Peanut butter is the best bait AND for easier cleaning, ppput the PB on a torn piece of bread crust. Cleaning? ENSURE the trap is sprung and not set (No, I didn't learn this "the hard way.") And use a cotton swab to clean the bait post(?)

Still good after 50 caught mice
I bought one of these because my old roommate was a total slob x 1000 and attracted mice like crazy. Nothing was clean. I stopped cooking in the place altogether. I used one trap and killed at least 50 of them before I moved out. Think I was catching one an hour at first. It’s easy to drop the mouse in the garbage and set it again with one hand. It still works. I still have this but haven’t needed it once. Pro tip, use peanut butter as bait. Even better, put a sunflower seed in the middle of it

Doesn't latch
The media could not be loaded. Update - the seller sent another trap...same issue. Does not latch therefore unusable. Waste of my money and time. Stick with the well known names/brands. Save yourself some hassle.Received this and the latch wouldn't arm/engage/lock. I'm not sure what to call it, it wouldn't latch. I started a return and they are sending out another one without my having to drive somewhereto return it so thats good. I'll update my review when it is received.

Not for small mice
Does not work for small brown mice--they are not heavy enough to trip the trap, just take the bait and leave trap unsprung.

Works right away, easy to set up. But no kill….
Since Amazon stopped selling the similar Dconn model I’ve switched to these after trying many others that allowed bait to be eaten without being sprung. These traps are easy to set up, bait and visually green if sprung. They immediately caught and held rodents. Great. They do not kill. I’m used to seeing the tail end sticking out of traps like this so I have a Yelp when both I set overnight yielded a live face looking at me when I picked them up for disposal. I walked the entire trap and occupant outside and put them in the big green trash cans. The price point is low enough I’m not going to fuss.

Works great!
We’ve tried more than type of trap and the black semi I closed are they only that work. Recently we couldn’t find the brand we’ve used for years (they must not make anymore from the brand Decon). We found these instead when we first received them we thought they were broken since when we pressed down the leaver it never clicked or stayed. Then after some time with continued attempts we finally got it (slow pressing that held forages mins made it stay). We’ve got several mice with these traps and peanut butter. We have also bought more to have on hand with cold winter still to come. I completely recommend these trap. (FYI small mice can turn around in these but they are usually still caught by their tails so thus they are still caught well)

Works for vole season in NorCal
I tried repellents and another type of "tunnel trap" but this was the most effective.Whenever one gets in, the trap doesn't miss. Oddly enough, I did see two (out of 15) instances where the vole actually turned around as if it got the bait and turned to leave. Either way, the trap got it.They are easy to set and bait - just keep your thumb on the lever to ensure that it doesn't snap on you while you're baiting it or messing with it. You can actually bait it (we use a small piece of apple) while it's disarmed, arm it, then close the cover. Sometimes closing the cover can jar it and the trap will spring shut. If that happens, it's easy enough to arm the trap through the provided "window" but you may need to also reposition your bait.Overall these are very effective and I've caught 15 in 2 weeks which has helped reduce the damage. Now if I could only get the ones under the lawn...
