At first we were excited because this is our first ...
At first we were excited because this is our first alienware. But the unit that was delivered to us had an issue with the dedicated graphics card. It worked at set-up. but when we started using it for gaming the video quality was not what we expected. We thought it had something to do with any updates, but after updating it totally didn't work at all.Now we have to wait 1 to 2 weeks for a refund.

Nothing wrong with the PC to be fair, however you couldn't upgrade the video card to the latest 1080 models.

Great value for a powerful unit
I was unsure about buying this over a bigger rig that would allow for easier upgrades, but so far the performance has been excellent, I can run Crysis 3 in very high, The Division in Ultra and Far Cry 4 in Very High (it runs in Ultra at about 40fps) The unit is not much bigger than my xbox. It also runs almost silent.

Graphics on games
For the people who said the graphics were bad when you were gaming, it could of been your monitor, not the PC. However, that's for you to decide upon.

Expensive for what you get
Wouldn't touch this with a bargepole to be honest. It used to be that Alienware were the mutts nuts, not so much these days. The price tag is exceptionally high for a 2gb 960, and what's with only 8 gig of RAM? A decent amount of storage, but for the price again, the SSD is on the small side. If you're looking for future proofing, move along.

Save your money. Alienware is basically EA. Getting as much money from you as they can
Alienware... Just buy all the parts on its own and pay someone to build it. save $$$
