The all prices properly in the loop and Corner. The Map functionality is amazing, and the intelligent of this robot is performance is good and the water capacity is more as others give less, so this is very useful for the home and reduces of the work of households. This is my first robo vacuum cleaner and I bought it after several months of R&D on amazon reviews, YouTube and other platforms. I bought this for my home and we have 2 storey building, 1 floor is of 1100 sq. Ft. This robo vacuum is worth the money, cleans perfectly both vacuum and mopping. Very functional, the app is quite easy to use and doesn’t have any bugs as of now. You can schedule your cleaning time and the battery life is pretty good as it uses about 35-40% charge on cleaning + mopping (2 times mop) on custom mode and about 25-30% on AI advance mode.My mom used to ask the maids to clean properly but after this robo vacuum, she is so happy and appreciates the capability of the robot to clean properly. I also have a Labrador, and the this robo vacuum is pet friendly. All the mentioned features are working as it is mentioned!

The latest top of the line robot vacuum cleaner from Ecovacs delivered on 29th September. I am pretty happy with my purchase in the last 10 days almost.This is my second robot vacuum cleaner from Ecovacs. The earlier one was Ecovacs Deebot N10 purchased in August 2023. That machine served me well for more than an year. I have a hairy furry pet dog.. Dog hair is my houses biggest dirt. The earlier machine had difficulty with that in dealing with hair in the roller of the robot. causing it to have difficulty in cleaning and required frequent detangling. Also manual emptying of the dust bin and filling and cleaning the mop plates were a pain for the older machine.All these shortcoming have been overcome in the ecovacs deebot x5 pro omni. The machine has 400% increase in vacuuming power and automatic mop precleaning and post cleaning function with mop drying too. I think it is a complete package for household floor cleaning. Overall the cleaning and battery life has also been improved too. The App of Ecovacs is the best thing of the package. it is clean and precise and easy to handle. Managing the robot is easy through the app. Google integration though claimed, dont think it is functional atleast in India. I am able to add the robot to Google home but there is no connection. Commands dont work.Cons:-Cost is on the higher side, probably because neither the machine nor the spares are made in India- Availability of spares is less, again probably because it is a new product. no spares available on amazon india- Voice through Alexa, Google and its own Ok Yiko is not workingI would recommend this robot vacuum cleaner for those who don't mind paying a little extra for a super clean home. Hope it would be able to clean more things than the floor which it does now. :-)

Unfortunately, after using it for just three months, the vacuum stopped working completely.I tried reaching out to their customer service over 20-25 times, hoping to get a resolution. However, each time was a frustrating experience, with no proper support, and no solution to fix the issue. The level of service provided was dismal, and it seemed like they weren’t interested in fixing the product or helping me in any meaningful way.At this point, I’m left with a very expensive, non-functional vacuum that has caused nothing but frustration. For the price I paid, I expected a product that would last longer than just three months, along with proper after-sales service when something went wrong. But it seems that ECOVACS does not value their customers and is only interested in selling products without standing behind them.I’m writing this review to warn others who might be considering purchasing this product: DO NOT buy this vacuum.
