These ink cartridges work well and are reasonable priced.

First black cartridge didn’t work. I called the support number and the gentleman walked me through a couple of tests. Then said he would send a new cartridge no charge. It arrived two days later and worked perfectly. Quality product and great customer service.

Had trouble getting one cartridge to print, but after chatting with support they are working great! Don’t hesitate to contact support if you have issues - they are excellent!

The toner cartridges were easy to install and worked as they should.

Works great no problems with this ink

I installed the cartridges but they did not print properly. I tried cleaning the heads several times, but no change. I finally called their support number. She suggested one thing, but no change so she processed an order for replacement cartridges and they should be here tomorrow. I am very thankful and pleased with the support.

Good price, good alternative. Although my printer at first did not want to recognize it, so far it has worked for me for documents that does not require much print quality.

I have recently installed Smart Ink on my HP6830 the message "non genuine HP ink cartridges detected" pops up which is expected and obvious however what i did not expect is when i tried to print colored documents colors were off ex: red comes out more like dark-ish pink , blue comes out a very light purple hence why i would not recommend this item !
