I was quite surprised with the quality and effectiveness. My goal was just consistent thickness on cute for making jerky and this does its job perfectly. I wish I had this device 10 years ago when I started. The base really hangs on tight to the counter, I was unable to get the base to budge at all while its engaged, so im confident the blades won't slip or something. Highly recommend

This item surprised me. I thought I would give it a try since it was much less expensive than the motorized machines. Personally, I expected it to not work at all, but I was wrong. I got this to get better cuts for my beef jerky. Once I used it, I realized it was much more than expected. I tested out both knife configurations. the fine cut works great for Philly cheese steak cut beef. for beef jerky the 4 mm is the way to go. Although I have to cut my beef jerky into smaller pieces this is saving me $2 per pound for having Sams club cut it for me. When I like to smoke 10 pounds at a time that adds up fast. In addition, the slices are much more consistent than what I was getting from the club store. The only Con is 13 sharp blades can cut you deep and fast, however, keeping your hand in the safe spots the instructions recommended and I had no issues. It came with 2 cleaning brushes and even a sharpener which will be very nice. My first use was cutting up 9 pounds of beef for preparing freezer burritos and it went fast. I woudl recommend

Awesome tool. But only small slices of meat. Not like Korean style long strip of meat. Beware you can have plastic saving if not careful while slicing And the counter can get a bit messy from the blood. This only can cut fridge temp meat. Not frozen.

I don't know how this thing is on the market. It works well if the meat is 1/4 frozen, not all the way thawed as recommended. The problem is that it's the most dangerous contraption in my home. I'm scared of it. I sliced my finger open using it 10 days ago and I am still tending to the wound. When I look at my wound, I feel quesy. I think I should have gotten stitches from the wound it caused. No sane company would make a contraption like this unless they are sociopaths. If you buy this thing, get the model with the handle. If you don't get the one with the handle then be prepared to unintentionally slice a finger off. Good luck!

Perfect for cutting meat for stir fries. Easy clean up. Easy to use.

Works like a charm The knives are SUPER sharp, so be careful. Slices through the meat like butter. No issues with the base staying put on the counter, either, so you won't feel the need to hold it while you slice and risk cutting yourself. Just make sure you wash it promptly after use - cleaning bits of even partially dried on meat (could absolutely use this for fruit, eggs, etc, also) from between the blades would be a nightmare and you'll probably end up needing a bandaid or two.

I really want to love this product and I did love it before the tool holder started to broke (2 uses after purchase), I kept using it until eventually, the suction cup stopped working (10 months after purchase). It came with a 2 year warranty but there’s no way you can reach them - on their website, there’s only a physical address for contact. I won’t spend that much time to send a mail and ask for replacement. So it is what it is, K can only throw the whole thing after 10 months. The product itself is a great idea and it does the work, only if the quality could be better.

I totally love this. It makes cutting thin pieces of meat so easily. Make sure your meat is half frozen and half thawed to make the slices easier. If the meat is rock solid frozen or 100% defrosted, it does not slice well. Make sure you carefully wash the blades because this slicer is very sharp
