Totally useless to me I’m 71 and the l idea how to set it up ??? Had to find a magnifying glass - even so totally useless Had no clue how to set it up - no video - nothing but a paper with Minnie sized wording I’ve contacted them but it’s pointless

It is nice and much more quieter than the one from the home health company, but the motor gets too hot and it smells like it is burning.

didn’t work right out of the box. No suction at all. it sounds like the machine is running when you plug in. We followed the instructions where to plug in the hoses but still no suction.

It has amazing suction power and removes mucus and secretions quickly and effectively, making it worth every penny.
