This was such a fun birthday present for a five-year old. My eight-year old was all-in on the magic too! It was the highlight of her birthday.

Surprise toys.
I bought two of these for my 8 year old daughter and my 8 year old niece. They love the idea of the "surprises". I think they were a good hit for them!

A surprising hit with my daughter!
My daughter totally loved this toy! Usually, when I get her toys, she plays with them for, like, five minutes, then ditches them for her phone. But with this one, she's having a blast repacking the surprises and doing the mail drop over and over. She played with it for over an hour and plans to keep going tomorrow. She even said it kept her off her phone for a long time, which is saying something! I'm super surprised at how much she likes it, and Amazon was, as always, super fast. Now she wants to collect them all!

Perfect alternative to the Cookiez
Last year I got my 7 and 4 year old girls, the Cookiez Toaster gift, neither one knew anything about it and enjoyed the “magic” of it SO much that they asked for another one this year for Christmas, BUT once you’ve done it one time, you KNOW what is going to happen and what to expect. I asked my older girl if it was the plushie you get at the end or the “magic” and said the magic, so I went on a search to find another toy that had some magic and surprises and found Secret Findees and they were PERFECT!! It provides the “magic”, surprise, and fun elements! They loved every part of it and the best part is, is the mailbox isn’t just junk afterwards, it’s turns into a “play room” for the Findees! Not to mention that they can “redo” the whole process again and again if they want. Highly recommend!

Not worth it
We saw this in the toy catalog for Christmas and we were excited. We finally opened it last week and we were all thinking is this it? We did it on the kitchen counter and the pieces were so small they kept getting lost. Not as what I expected.
