Q: Bought ours march 15, 2020. on march 26, 2021, the toothbrush just stopped working. can we buy a replacement?

Who do you call to get the replacement toothbrush. Mine toothbrush did the same thing...just stopped working!

Q: Are there any negatives in buying a combo like this or of this brand? Would a cordless water pik be better?

I need to update my original response, where the toothbrush no longer held a charge. I contacted water pik customer service and they were so kind and helpful. They instructed me on how to reset it. Unplug the base, hold the toothbrush power button 30 seconds. Put it back on charger 24 hrs. Worked! Approx. 2 months later it stopped working again. The reset didn't work. I contacted waterpik again and they sent me a free replacement within a week. Great company

Q: Can you use saltwater in the water tank?

Hello - A small amount of salt can be added to a full reservoir of water. However, the unit must be flushed with clean water after every single use, to prevent clogging and damage to the product. Partially fill the reservoir with warm water and run it through the unit with the tip pointed into the sink until it is empty. Q: Bought in November and the power button for the waterpik stopped working what do I do?
