The media could not be loaded.  You get a defected product when you put for a replacement it say doesn’t meet exchange standards. And then your left stranded with no refund no replacement. The link shows no way to re initiate a refund. The inner glass mostly comes broken

I regret buying this..got it in broken condition..the inner glass was completely shattered where as the outer was intact but looks very fragile. Very disappointed wish the quality was good.
