Branded product, and yet no Manual?
Its a product from a good brand, it is written in Bold on the box to "Read the manual carefully before use" and yet no manual. Have installed based on common sense, will update the review if something is out of place and does not adhere to common sense.

Good. Easy to use. Don’t worry
This review is for those who are looking for good quality product and don’t have any knowledge about the item. I was also unaware about these products. And just bought the item and i m happy about the easy assembly and ease of use. Just put it together and start using straight away. If you feel like the taste is nit good the just throw away the first water you get. It takes 30 min or so for the water to filter and thats all no need to worry. I didn’t compare with any other products so don’t know about them. But its good easy to use and hassle free Go ahead and start using

Don't buy it online
Even after reading the reviews I planned to buy this item as I was having an urgent requirement of this item. Unfortunately got damaged item. Not only me but every customer is reporting the same and I'm amazed why Amazon is not acting after getting lots of negative review. ISSUE IS NOT WITH THE BODY BUT IT'S WITH CANDLE. GETTING DAMAGED CANDLE AND IT DOESN'T LOOKS LIKE TRANSPORTATION ISSUE BUT IT'S THE ENTIRE BATCH WHICH IS DEFECTIVE. THE PRODUCT WHICH I GOT WAS NOT USED ONE BUT STILL THE PATTERN OF CANDLE DAMAGE IS SIMILAR TO THAT OF OTHER CUSTOMER. DON'T BUY THE PRODUCT ONLINE UNTIL AMAZON FIXES THIS ISSUE

Nice product
Its a nice product, we are using it from around last 8yrs. Earlier we had the old model now we switched to new one as the old one got deteriorated due to ageing. The only down side is the battery need to be changed after around 4months and after changing the battery we need to wait for 2days till the taste chlorine because of the new battery gets reduced.
