Great product ELGI BIGG WET GRINDER
Mr. Shashi Kumar visited our place and demonstrated the product and described the product in detail. Good Product and Good Service.However, after his visit, yesterday we found out water is dripping from the drum for which we have called the ELGI Technician who will be visiting us on Monday, if not satisfied weMight seek product return/exchangeYesterday a new drum was replaced and now the problem of seeping was sorted out. Thanks for the quick response

Drum been damaged for the 2nd time
This is the 2nd time I'm receiving the product with the same drum damage issue. I badly need this product but it's been 3 whole weeks to get the correct one.bPlease take a note on it and get me with the correct undamaged one.

Missing items
The product was delivered as per schedule. In the About this product session it's mentioned Atta Kneader and Coconut Scraper is there and in the product photos as well it's mentioned, So I have decided to return the product.
