It's only 1st day I'm writing the review, offcourse i did not notice any difference in one day, but wanted to write review. It's written on bottle that you can take one tablet twice daily after meals. One tablet contains 20mg Lutein. Then i read other websites about lutein and all said adults can take upto 20mg lutein per day. So don't eat 2 tablets. Have only one per day or buy different brand which has less lutein and correct information on bottle.

Healthvit Lutein 20mg. 60 capsules For Eyes & VisionI ordered this product on 29/10/2016. It was delivered on 03/11/2016.However, the manufacturer "forgot" to mention anywhere that the product expired on 15/12/2016. I believe this was highly unethical as the tablets are used as a treatment for Macular Degeneration. There were 60 tablets in the bottle and at one tablet a day, I would have ended up consuming expired medication!
