Q: does this include the original game with rules? Or is this considered an expansion?

It's a box. That's it, a really large box to hold all the expansions, but it does come with a small "box" expansion, where they replace words randomly with the word box. It also contains the bigger blacker dick card in the lid. Mine did come with a unique one of a kind card in an envelope, not certain if that is in each box. If you are expecting a box to hold your cards this is 10/10 but if you are looking for the game, you will be disappointed.

Q: Does the new bigger blacker box still have the hidden foil card inside the box top?

Soooo just found this out. Randomly found the card in the bottom when the dividers glue came undone. The top one I cut out and now have a hole that only that card could make.

Q: Why is it $5 more than the CAH website?

Because if you order this from the site's store directly, you will be paying $5 in shipping costs and still have to wait for some time. If you have Amazon Prime, they already added what you'd pay anyways except get it in 2 days.
