Very healthy to eat and digest

Ya it will taste good u can eat it but don’t fool yourself by thinking it’s healthy they are using liquid glucose for sweeteners. You can find much healthy alternatives like the whole truth or yoga bar

Chocolate flavour bar with sufficient protein. Hunger killer and good source of protein supplement. I.liked the taste as it was chocolate. It's comprable with other bar. Can give a try.
