I've been using my laptop for several months now and I am genuinely impressed with its overall performance. Performance -wise, the laptop handles daily tasks with ease. I have opened multiple browser tabs, edited documents and even streamed videos without any noticeable lag. Battery life is reliable too- comfortably lasts through a typical day without needing a constant plug-in.

Product Description Is Misleading. No Touchscreen
I bought this laptop because the product specification clearly stated that it has a touchscreen. Unfortunately, when it arrived, I discovered that it does not have any touchscreen functionality at all. This was very disappointing because the touchscreen feature was one of the main reasons I chose this model. The laptop itself works, but the listing is misleading. I believe the seller should correct the product description to avoid confusing other buyers. I will be returning it since it does not match what was advertised.

Waoo, this is one of the best laptop I have seen. I bought it new. But honestly is the best decision for me and my wife. The batry is strong. I recommend this to anyone

Item not TouchScreen
I bought this laptop, understanding well about the features, and it works very well, but it is not a touchscreen. If you know about machines, you would research it, but I reported it to Amazon, and they refunded me some amount as the description was misleading. They will now be fixing it. Good machine overall for daily use.
