Take with milk if you find it too sweet
Would have helped if they has provided a scooping spoon with this. Taste is sweet like a vanilla milkshake. If you too find it too sweet then I recommend that you try 2.5 large spoons with one cup milk. Else 5 large spoons with a cup of water but then will be even more sweeter.
