LOVE THEM!
These are GOOD knee sleeves! I like how they cover the entire knee, they cover from the lower knee all the way to part of the thigh, which I love. Because it keeps them from sliding down during workouts, you don’t have to constantly pull them up from sliding down. They have GREAT grip and great compression, and the material is durable and really good to me! They help a lot with my knee pain during leg workouts, as well as on the stair master. I have no pain after the stair master wearing these, I feel no pain during leg workouts either. The grip is on point! Worth the money to me, a good bargain compared to some of the other expensive ones. I’m a 5’7 athletically built man, I’ve been working out over a decade. I workout 4 days a week, I got the XL size and they fit me perfectly.

These Knee Sleeves Don’t Scream for Attention, They Just Show Up and Work
I have owned knee sleeves that looked like they were designed by an energy drink company. Flames, skulls, wild colors, weird seams everywhere, and shockingly, those were always the ones that blew out first. These are the opposite of that chaos. These 7mm compression knee sleeves are refreshingly boring in the best way possible. Plain color. Clean design. No skulls. No “look at me” graphics. Just sleeves that look like they were made by someone who actually lifts and got tired of nonsense. I use these for heavy lifts, squats, leg days, and anything that makes my knees question my life choices. They slide on snug, provide solid compression, and give that extra support without feeling like my legs are being vacuum sealed. They stay in place, do not roll down, and do not feel sloppy halfway through a workout. What I really like is how durable they feel compared to flashier brands I have owned. Fewer seams. Fewer design gimmicks. Fewer potential failure points. In my experience, the more “creative” the design, the faster the sleeve dies. These seem built to survive actual use, not just look cool on Instagram. Comfort is solid once they are on, though like all 7mm sleeves, getting them on can feel like a brief warm-up event. That is normal. That tight fit is the point. If you want knee sleeves that quietly do their job, last longer, and do not make you look like you are auditioning for a metal band, these are perfect. If you need skulls, flames, or neon patterns to feel strong, these might feel too plain. For the price, quality, and no-nonsense design, this is an easy 5 out of 5. These sleeves mind their business and protect my knees, and honestly, that is all I am asking for.

Solid Knee Sleeves for Weightlifting – Great Value for the Price
As a first-time user of knee sleeves for weightlifting, I’ve been impressed with the Phantom Athletic Club 7mm Compression Knee Sleeves. After using them regularly for squats over the past couple of months, here’s what I’ve experienced: Comfort and Fit These sleeves provide a snug fit, which initially felt a bit tight. I prefer not to wear them for too long as I definitely start sweating through them, and the tags inside will start to irritate me eventually -- plan to just rip them out soon. I sometimes struggle to pull them up high enough over my knees, so it’s worth paying close attention to the size chart before ordering. That said, once they’re on, they’re comfortable enough for my workouts and definitely assist with squatting. While I haven’t noticed a dramatic increase in overall stability, they do make it easier to push out of the hole during squats. Material and Build Quality The 7mm neoprene material is thicker than what I’ve used in the past for other activities, but it’s not overly restrictive. The sleeves feel durable, and after months of use, they’ve shown no signs of wear or tear. I’m confident they’ll hold up well over the next few years, but I’ll update this review if anything changes. Design The design is simple and stylish, which I really appreciate. Phantom’s branding on the top is understated and doesn’t detract from the overall clean look. Once the sleeves are in position, they stay perfectly in place without sliding or bunching, even during heavy squats. Ease of Use and Maintenance Getting the sleeves on is relatively easy, but taking them off after an intense session can be a bit of a challenge, especially when sweaty. I’ve washed them a few times, and they’ve retained their shape, compression, and overall sturdiness without any issues. Value for Money I had no idea knee sleeves could get so expensive, but these are a fantastic value for the price. I use them at least once a week for squatting, and they’ve been a worthwhile investment. If you’re into powerlifting or weightlifting, I’d highly recommend them. However, for sports requiring more flexibility, they might not be the best choice. Final Thoughts The Phantom Athletic Club 7mm Knee Sleeves are a great option for weightlifters looking for durable, supportive, and budget-friendly gear. While sizing can be tricky, they’re a solid addition to my gym routine. Highly recommended for squats.

So anytime i look for reviews i try to find from people that are experienced on the topic, and this case, its me, so i hope my experience helps you decide, 30yrs lifting, s&c coach, powerlifting, weightlifting, cpt for over 20 yrs,…, if you ask yourself if there is any the difference between these ones and the expensive ones?? YES, huge difference, feeling, performance and im sure durability as well, but its 1/3 of the price, i still use a pair of rebands from 15 yrs ago and they still have more pop than these ones, however, when i chose them i knew what i was getting, maybe i was hoping for a surprise, but no, you get what you pay for, i just needed something black, long wo seams ,no big logos for accessory work when knees sore, i doubt ill use these for squats
