Great product, holds magazines much better than my old one. I don't like magazine pouches with the flaps over it, so I used a Safariland glock magazine pouch. No fussing with flaps, the retention on the mags is lacking. The HSG mag pouch holds the mags tightly and doesn't let them go, so you won't lose your mags in a fight with a suspect. I'm only a Security guard, so thats not as much of a concern. With that being said, I still like the peace of mind of easy access to my mags an well as knowing they won't come flying at in a struggle.

Some don't like these because they can be a little to get used to as far as loading with a mag, but they are great. Very universal, working the same for all mags from Glock to 1911. Great options for securing, they don't move and retain mags really well.They certainly aren't inexpensive but buy good equipment the first time. As they say, "Buy once, cry once".

I love the HSGI Tacos, so the belt mounted option drew me in. The pouch holds everything from 1911 magazines to full-size 10mm/.45acp magazines securely. Quality of construction is top notch. I wish that the Velcro loops were a little lower, so the pouch would sit higher for ease of concealment. As well, the draw strings hang low - making the pouch draw questions when trying to remain concealed. My solution was to use a pair of hemostats and pull the cords up through the center PALS channel - presto! No more hanging draw strings. The only other issue is, this is not a quick donning pouch. I wear my magazines for concealment at the 7:30-8:00 position, and the Velcro loops can be challenging while actually wearing the pants. Maybe dual clips could be a better solution for quick and easy on/off. That being said, once the pouch is on....it's on and not going anywhere...Overall, great pouch and definitely recommend.

Purchased to retain a multitool and surefire g2x. Both fit perfectly.I do find that glock 19/23 mags sit a little low, with about 0.75 inches of magazine exposed. This hasn't yet been an issue, but I do prefer to have a little more exposed to prevent fumbling reload

I have these and the handcuff pouch, what a great product! A little pricey but great quality. I don’t doubt they will last a long time. Retention is great and smooth. I strongly recommend these for leo!

A bit expensive for magazine pouches but they're great quality. I haven't had any issues and the material hasn't frayed. These magazine pouches are convenient for range days.

Great retention and ease of draw. Plus they look really slick. Seems kinda hard to adjust tightness, but it was almost spot on right out of the box for my double stack mags.
