This brace is fantastic, so much so that I ordered two. I threw out my back a few years ago, and any little twist or unintentional turn would cause reinjury. I ordered this brace, and it’s been a game changer. I wear it during exercise and now during work for extra support. More importantly, it serves as a constant reminder to move the core in unison to avoid reinjuring yourself. I wear it pretty much all day, as my job is pretty physical, and it’s very comfortable. You can adjust it how tight/much support you want. Machine washable. Can’t say enough great things. This brace is good quality and really helps your back!

This brace is absolutely great quality and fits so well. I have been having issues with lower back pain and sciatica pain and this braces helps alleviate it so I can do work around my house. I am a bigger woman, approx size 20-22 clothing and purchased an XL. Fit is great and fabric is breathable. It isn't very comfy when sitting but I just remove it and put it back on when I get up.

I drive 18 wheeler and recently had back surgery. I'm going back to work earlier than whst doctor wants. W/all the bouncing and vibration from the semi-truck, unfortunately my back and hips are hurting. I ordered 3 braces. I returned the others because they were just regular warehouse work type braces. I'm on the fence about this one. I like that it comes with a extention to close. I can also tighten it with pull velcro straps. They only thing that bother me while driving with brace/belt on are the rods if that's what they are called. They are SUPER FIRM/HARD and kind of hurt. With that beng said, I'm a large breast, but flat stomach lady. The middle part of the back is kinda to bulky compared to the braces I returned. Overall, I'm going to give this one a few more tries before I decide if I'm going to return. Hope this helps

Oh my goodness! What a difference this back brace makes when I am outside raking leaves, planting flowers or vegetables or hauling things to the trash. I wouldn't be able to do half as much if I didn't have this back brace.

Have been struggling with my back for a week even after going to Urgent Care. Finally after wearing this brace for only one day I had the first bit of relief-after 3 days I am so happy I ordered this - Still having some pain but it is so much better. Pro - amount of adjustments you can make to it and it is on the taller side Con's? That I didn't order it sooner!

This is the exact extra support my back needed. My pain deceased quicker than normal.It is a bit restricting due to the compression but easy to use.

I purchased this for my lower back pain, the quality is great well made, it feels really comfortable on my back. The design is good, for the ease of the pain I cannot say as yet as I have just started using it today is day 2. However I can say that when I am wearing this brace it's very comfortable. I noticed that someone reviewed that it's not good for a person who is doing a sitting job because it shifts. I think that maybe that person did not put it on correctly. My job is sitting and I wore it all day at work and I was extremely comfortable. I will update on ease of pain later.
