Q: Do these stay in your ear ok, some have too short a cord from neckband?

They stay in the ear fine. Cord is plenty long enough. The bud has plastic hook to aid you if your ear shape does not fit the bud.

Q: Are they suitable for exercise when you have to move your head, such as with sit ups? Why no bud iptions in this category? Not liking the neck gear.

Not for working out. These are for watching TV when someone in the room is doing other things that cannot be disturbed like napping. Also works great for British TV when the accents are hard to understand.

Put the earbuds on the stand when you don't use. For more infor please contact avantree customer support.

Q: My headset goes to pairing but doesnt pair why?

The two headsets and the transmitter come as a SET. They are pre-paired and locked so you do not need to pair them again. All you need to do is to turn them on and wait for them to reconnect. If for some reason you do need to pair them again, you need to make sure both sides are in pairing mode (fast flashing Blue & Red). Also please make sure your Samsung TV is unplugged from the wall adapter and that interferes with pairing.
