Avid peanut butter fan. Saw this and thought i’d try it as something different. It’s made from sunflower seeds, but tastes amazing, better than peanut butter somehow. What is this sorcery?

I have a nut allergy, no supermarkets sell a peanut butter substitute that i know off. Now going to be a staple to my household!
