I have to question the value for money - but you go in knowing this ahead of time. On first inspection of the contents the DHT11 was missing 2 legs. Opening it up showed that they hadn't even been soldered on at the factory so I would have to say quality control of the kit is questionable. The Pico W does, however seem to work just fine.

All items required for many small electronic projects. Very good value for money and a great learning experience for many different aspects in electronic circuits.

Bought this to use as I follow along with the YouTube video series 'Raspberry Pi Pico W Lessons for Absolute Beginners' by Paul McWhorter. Having the exact same parts kit, which includes the Pi Pico W MCU makes for a great learning experience. Kit has a nice assortment of parts and EVERYTHING required to follow along with the instructional series. Highly recommended!

When I first opened up this kit, I was just intrigued by the amount of electronic components in this kit. I have a passion for electronics, science, coding, engineering, etc. This kit is what I would call my “Dream World.” I've purchased many electronics kits and components and this kit just stands out the most. The products extremely are high-quality, and calling this a “Starter Kit for Pico W” is just an understatement--it has boatloads of items and components, allowing anyone to create and learn with complex and simple beginner projects. The first time I got a parcel with this kit, the 830-point breadboard was not of the best quality, as the Pico W would not go into it. I contacted Amazon's customer service, and they issued me a return-less refund within minutes. I ordered a replacement, and it was in perfectly good shape, and everything was properly working. Even though the kit wasn't perfect the first time, I was pretty satisfied with how hassle-free the return process was and how good quality the kit's items were. Another thing I noticed is that typically, SG90 9g servos are generic in other kits, while this kit specifically uses the highest-quality and branded ones from Tower Pro. Every single component is properly sealed and protected. The tutorial and code are also very easy to follow, bug-free, and explanatory. I think the company's idea of partnership for the “Ultimate Pico W Kit” with TopTechBoy was a great one, as his tutorials are able to help beginners and advanced electronic engineers alike in answering questions and thoroughly clearing misconceptions. I have experienced the same, along with the other people taking his YouTube course. Overall, this is a great product and perfect for adults, kids, teens, or anyone of any age, and will support you along your engineering and electronics journey.
