Although I purchased the Alli-C for a different purpose than you are considering it, I did not see enough benefit (if any at all) to justify the rather high price. So I cannot recommend the product. However, regarding toe nail fungus, it is likely caused by candida overgrowth and you should cut way back or eliminate sugar and alcohol from your diet, if you consume those things. But at the very least, put a drop of tea tree oil on the toe nail in the morning and evening. You should see positive results in fairly short order. Each capsule of Alli-C has 300mg allisure acillin and each Allimax has 180mg making the Allimax capsules a weaker dosage.

These are all the ingredients exactly as listed on the bottle: allicin powder 300mg, vitamin C (as calcium ascorbate) 60mg, citrus bioflavonoids 40mg, non GM maltodextrin, gum acacia, Capsule shell is of plant origin. I absolutley love this product. I keep 2 or 3 bottles on hand so that I don't run out. I don't take it every day, but I take it whenever I begin to feel as though I'm getting a cold or other illness.

1 cap.= "Allsure Allicin Powder 300mg., Vit.C (as calcium ascorbate) 60mg, Citrus Bioflavanoids 40 mg., Other Ingredients= Non GMO Maltodextrin, gum acacia, capsule shell is of plant origin". I took this product for 2 months prior to a lung CT scan for lung bacteria. The results of the scan indicated that the lungs were now clear. I believe this is an effective product and far superior to just taking garlic supplements.
