While it didn't come with any written materials, I was easily able to go online and find the manual. I own several Logitech remotes so setting this up was very simple I'm a little confused but the photos the seller posted. You do but use your phone to control or program this. You use the included USB cable. The phone app goes with Logitech remotes that comes with a hub, which this remote doesn't come with nor is needed to use it. All in all, it's a good purchase.

The remote never worked. Tried to setup using 3 different PC's using Harmony desktop software. Two Mac's and a Windows PC. The remote would power up just fine once charged but could not program. The screen would shoe only harmony.com or a green screen. I had this same model before and it never had a green screen on it. Claims to have gone through a QC check. That statement alone makes them an trustworthy vendor.

This remote is Amazon Certified and I must say it looks and operates like its Brand New! Awesome job on this. As far as the remote is concern it’s Top Notch. I had a Harmony Hub already and used my cell phone and iPad to control it but my wife likes the idea of a remote instead. This remote can work as an IR remote without the hub but I have mine paired with the Hub and it works perfect. I have scenes set that will for example Turn on the TV, Cable Box , Soundbar, Accent Lights and Fire Place with one touch and control all from the remote without confusion. I have 8 different scenes programmed to turn on and control different devices. With the Hub you can control Bluetooth devices like Amazon Fire Stick. I was able to call Customer Support as well and they were Excellent! 5 Stars all the way!

Remote came in moderately used condition. Also did not come with any user manual or quick start guid. For someone new to the harmony remote line that was very frustrating. The real kicker was there was no micro USB cable sent with the package. The only way to log into the my harmony site is to have the remote connected via USB. I had to go through multiple cables as there must be a certain pin configuration that the remote uses. Almost ready to give up I found the right cable but not with major frustration. My first Amazon was not a great experience. It did say it was a renewed product however shipping and selling a product with missing cables required for set up and use was very misleading.

Had very little charge capacity- battery was shot. Tried to connect it in two different computers and it wasn't detected therefore I could not program it. It was basically a fancy paperweight.

The remote was easy to program. I tried getting to connect to the phone app but was unsuccessful.
