The ad for the ring I found to be way off in its suggestions for sizing the ring. I followed their directions quite closely, yet the ring arrived way too big. But the ring itself seems to work well, though I'm a bit annoyed that it doesn't track steps, it reads it from the health app on your phone to the ring app. However my main annoyance is with the return procedure with Amazon. The only problem for which I wanted to return the ring was to get a smaller size, but I could find no where in the return procedure to indicate that, and without checking off some other reason for the return, you couldn't proceed. So I noted in a comments box that all I wanted was the same item but in a smaller size. Yet when my return-activated ring arrived it was the same size as the one I returned. I ended up returning it for a refund, then reordering a proper sized one, which worked, but what a waste of time.

I have been using this ring for about 4 weeks and it's doing a good job. It's comfortable to wear. The first charge lasted a couple weeks. The step counter is pretty accurate, I think. I compared the steps to the Map My Walk app and there's about a 150ish step difference, with the ring having the lower number. That's good enough for me. The rings app is a little laggy, but it's workable.

I was really curious about how these rings being so small would work. I am basically using it just for the step counter, and it's been working great. I compared it to my Apple Watch, and my steps were under compared to the watch, but that's good since I've seen reviews that the Apple Watch is usually overestimating steps. This ring seems to be more accurate. Your arm doesn't need to swing in order for it to count steps. I had my hand in my pocket on an outside walk, and it tracked just fine. The fact that it's waterproof is a major plus for swimming, showering, or just normal sweating from working out.The app is pretty straightforward and easy to navigate. The ring is comfortable to wear, and the battery lasts a long time before it needs a recharge. I'd probably end up getting a ring charger case since I feel like I'm going to end up losing the tiny USB-A to a magnetic charger. Overall, this is a really solid product for the price.

It does (mostly) what it’s advertised to do. The software/app is as cheap and Chinese as it gets. Overall, it’s just a step counter that you can wear as a ring.-Fits true to size. I’m a US 8 on the figure I wear it, and it fits.-There is no continuous heart rate monitoring, the best it can do is check every 15 minutes.-Cannot accurately track energy expenditure.-MUST be worn VERY SNUG for a vaguely accurate heart rate results.-It kind of tracks your sleep; you have to connect the app to IOS’s on-board health app to interpret the results.

The fact that that it helps keep track of sleep and blood levels is amazing. As I get older and have a dance career. I need something easy to use to monitor my health but not bulky like a watch. This ring does the job!

It works although I think it overestimates steps, although I wear it on my dominant hand so that may affect it. The only real issue I have is it is a bit bulkier than other rings. However, for the price, it’s not bad.

I purchased this over other options because this shows that it has a stress detection tracking feature. It does not. It’s lightweight and seems fine. I wanted to get this cheap one before investing in the more expensive ones to see if I’d like wearing it long time so I’m not totally put off by the lack of the specific feature
