Worked like a charm for my boy of 7 (slim built), who wouldn't stay dry at night. We tried almost everything else... So we gave him a good talk before using these, saying it may feel a little cold. I think he was nervous and didn't want to experience the cold sensation, so he woke up each time he had to pee. Then he stayed dry after that!! Finally in underwear at night... yay!!
